Maintenance is something we all detest, a little like insurance, we know that it’s required but would prefer not to have to do it. We know through experience that people who avoid regular maintenance, incur increased capital expenditure as a result.

We take maintenance seriously and we know the impact of ensuring any maintenance works are attended to in a timely fashion. That is why we have dedicated resources and personnel specifically for our clients maintenance needs. We seek to attend to every request in 5 working days or less and have been doing so now for years. Every request will be provided with a Service Report. This report will detail the site inspection, the issues discovered as well as pictures of the completed works. Our staff and contractors are required to report to the client contact and provide the details of the remedial works, ensuring at all times to work within the constraints of the retailers operations.
We are not as big as many of the maintenance companies around however we do know and understand the needs of retailers having worked with them since 1984 and we understand service and attention to detail. That is what you will get from the Focus maintenance team.
