The project was managed effectively and successfully, with the lead taken by Carl Shaw from Focus Shopfit. Not only did the builder display patience, they took full control of the site in the absence of a locally based Zambrero PM.
They managed on site conditions, and raised any concerns immediately with the ability to resolve and determine suitable solutions. The project close out to resolve defects has also been handled extremely well to close out as as soon as possible.
Overall I am very happy with the team and how the projects was delivered.
