Full fitout Including full bar, kitchen, reception & toilet facilities to facilitate six simulator golf zones & common seating area accommodating pool tables & darts zone. Works included but were not limited to gyprock walls, ceilings, above & below slab plumbing for kitchen / bar & toilets, feature bar panelling, stainless steel bar equipment & kitchen, electrical & lighting, full painting inside & out, flooring throughout. Flooring was a mix of polished concrete, vinyl & carpet. Open ceiling treatment in main areas with feature truss framework to zone each of the simulators.
