I would like to formally acknowledge and commend Focus Shopfit on the successful delivery of the recent Rockingham refurbishment for Bakers Delight. Being the first refurbishment project Focus has undertaken for Bakers Delight, this was a significant learning opportunity, and I am pleased to say that the team, in particular Carl Shaw as Project Manager, approached it with professionalism, commitment, and a proactive attitude. Carl demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding the specific requirements of the Bakers Delight brand, asking the right questions and seeking clarification where necessary to ensure the finished product aligned with our standards. His communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, keeping both myself and the franchisee well informed of progress, challenges, and key milestones along the way. Importantly, unforeseen issues were addressed methodically and efficiently, with solutions implemented quickly to ensure that the bakery opened on schedule. While, as with any first-time partnership, there were many learnings along the way, I am pleased with the overall outcome of the project. Thank you to Carl and the Focus team for their hard work and commitment to delivering a successful refurbishment. I look forward to working together again on future projects.
